Last year, we joined with a different group and tried doing the brackets a different way. Well, feedback wasn't great on that, so we are back to the tried and true Yahoo bracket group this year. The idea here is as simple as can be: see who can pick the most games correctly. The scoring is a simple 1-2-3-4-5-6 system that slightly rewards getting later picks correct without going crazy.
We've also opened it up to three brackets per person. Before you accuse us of the unforgivable sin of bracket polygamy, read on. We did that so, if you have progeny, you can get their picks into the same group. Got a kid who picks based on which animal is more fierce? Toss him in. Got a kid that picks based on the colors? Get her in the bracket group. One of the great joys of our youth was our mom taping all the family brackets on the kitchen cabinets. Here, you can do that same thing, just virtually. Anyone caught lacking the mental fortitude to submit a single bracket and taking the coward's way out will be rightly ridiculed.
That's the gist of it. Log in to our group, fill out the bracket, sit back and enjoy. We'd love if you'd all name your bracket by your user name on here or Twitter handle so we can keep each other straight, but that's totally up to you. Enjoy, and may the best man or woman win.
