First things first, these tweets about the Xavier Mile run on Friday:
Annual mile run yields big time results this morning. Positional winners: G Edmond Sumner 5:15 W JP Macura 5:22 F James Farr 5:43
— Chris Mack (@CoachChrisMack) August 28, 2015
I remember when I couldn't make a mile in 6 mins ...

Additionally, Big Game James won't let people embed his tweets but he said, "I know I'm not the most skilled player, but I give everything I have until I have no more to give." Anyone who has ever laid it out for a mile knows how brutal that is, so top marks to all the guys.
Not top marks to Seton Hall:
Seton Hall assistant Tiny Morton has left the staff, sources told ESPN. Former Lincoln High coach. First reported by NYPost_Brazille.

Morton was largely responsible for Isaiah Whitehead going to Seton Hall. Will be interesting to see how Whitehead responds to his departure.

Jaren Sina walked out on last season. Sterling Gibbs punched a guy. Isaiah Whitehead was surly and divisive in the locker room. Seton Hall has been a complete clown show lately, and that continues with this news. Not a great couple of years in South Orange.
Xavier target 2016 big man Dylan Painter apparently enjoyed his visit to Villanova, which is obviously not great news for X. The Muskies are probably a long shot in the race for Painter, but seeing him land at 'Nova (who is currently considered the favorite) would be a doubly bitter dose.
Former Xavier commit D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera is talking about making a tournament run this year after the disappointments of repeatedly being bounced early. Remember kids, if you want to be playing in the second weekend, come to Xavier.
