AP Top 25 drops, Xavier basketball not involved

No surprise there, I suppose.

We'll get there, coach.

You like to see your team ranked, but it's not shocking that one win over Northern Arizona didn't vault the Muskies from not receiving votes to in the top 25. It's early yet, and I think that Xavier's schedule sets up to give them a chance for moving up in the eyes of the voters. As long as X takes care of business before conference play, I suspect they'll be moving toward the top 25 by the time the calendar turns.
