Today the list of McDonald's All-American nominations came out, and three future Xavier Musketeers were on the list. Nearly 1,000 players make the list, which sounds something less than impressive until you realize how many kids play high school basketball in this country. According to the latest US News report there are 18,150 varsity squads and nearly 500,000 registered players in the nation. Landing in the top 1,000 of that is certainly an accomplishment to be proud of.
Edmond Sumner, Makinde London, and Trevon Bluiett will all be awaiting the announcement on ESPNU at 6pm on Jan 29th.
Blessed to be a McDonalds All-American nominee 🙏🙌🏀

According to the last tweet from Trevon Bluiett, it's safe to assume he is still shoveling his driveway and is yet to hear the news.
