Just as soon as things seemed to be looking back up for the Xavier basketball program, they hit another (hopefully minor) snag. Four star recruit Brandon Randolph is, apparently, not completely committed to Xavier, choosing instead to make another visit to Missouri. Brian Snow broke the news saying "After committing to Xavier earlier in the day, now a visit is back on for Brandon Randolph and Missouri." Beyond that all the information there is to have is just internet speculation.
Worth noting is that most recruits visit schools during a game to get some idea of the experience. Missouri doesn't have a game today, but does play Nicholls State tomorrow night. Whether Randolph will still be on campus at that time isn't immediately evident. Randolph himself lent no clarity to the situation by tweeting "Just do you bruh that's what it comes down to." So, you know, there's that.
